When you have placed your order…
You can expect an email from us including the order confirmation. Within a week of ordering, you’ll get an email confirming your order has been sent and a tracking number so you can keep up to date with the status of your package.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we are shipping to; The Americas (NA, CA, SA), Most of Europe and Asia. We also ship only tanks to Australia and New Zealand, but due to import restrictions we do not ship live jellies there yet
My Jellies arrived dead!
If your jellies arrive dead or your shipment arrives otherwise damaged, please take photos as soon possible and send it to us at [email protected]. We can only replace dead jellyfish if you have photos of them dead in the original bag we sent them in. Please note: we will cover the F&W bill for replacements only in cases where there was no shipping delay caused by the customs agencies 🙂
I want my jellies to arrive on a specific day
We are more than happy to help schedule our shipment for a time it is most convenient for you! Please let us know in the order or send us an email at [email protected] with your name/order number and we will help you to our fullest extent.
Do I have to fill our any forms to recieve the jellyfish?
Nope, all the customs and import documentation is handled by us on our end, the jellies will show up to your doorstep like a regular package. If you get any requests from a customs agency, please contact us and we will be able to help you get it sorted!
You dont ship jellyfish to my country!
Shipping live jellyfish internationally can be quite difficult, so we are focussing on specific regions to build up our logistics first. That being said, if you would like to buy jellyfish from us in a country we do not currently ship to, please feel free to contact us as there may be a chance that we can still help ship you some!
